Welcome to Eternis. By registering an account, downloading, or playing our game ("Service" or
"Services"), you agree to the following Terms of Service, End User License Agreement (EULA), and
Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Services.
PART I: TERMS OF SERVICE & EULA
1. Acceptance of Terms and Age Requirements
By accessing Eternis, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these
Terms. You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. If you are under the age of
majority in your jurisdiction, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on
your behalf.
2. Account Registration & Security
- Account Ownership: You do not own your account. You are granted a limited,
revocable, non-transferable license to use the account to access Eternis.
- Security: You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of
your login credentials. Eternis Administration is not liable for any loss or damage arising from
your failure to protect your account.
- Account Trading: Selling, trading, or transferring accounts to other
individuals is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent suspension.
3. Virtual Currency & In-Game Purchases (Payments)
Eternis utilizes two primary currencies: Sesterces (earned in-game) and Gold (purchasable premium
currency). The following rules apply to all financial transactions:
- No Real-World Value: Virtual currencies (Gold and Sesterces) and virtual items
hold no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for fiat currency, transferred
outside the game, or sold to third parties.
- License to Use: When you purchase Gold, you are not buying a physical or
digital asset; you are purchasing a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the
virtual currency within the Eternis ecosystem.
- All Sales are Final: Unless required by regional consumer protection laws, all
purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Chargebacks & Fraud: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through
your bank, credit card provider, or payment gateway (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) without contacting
our support team first will result in an immediate, automated, and permanent ban of your
account.
- KYC/AML Compliance: To prevent fraud and comply with international Anti-Money
Laundering (AML) laws, high-volume transactions may be subject to identity verification by our
authorized third-party payment processors.
4. Code of Conduct & Fair Play
To maintain a fair and enjoyable environment for all Eternis, you agree NOT to:
- Use cheats, exploits, automation software (bots), hacks, or any unauthorized third-party
software designed to modify the game experience or play the game for you (including bypassing
the idle mechanics).
- Engage in toxic behavior, harassment, hate speech, or real-life threats against other players or
Eternis staff.
- Exploit game bugs for an unfair advantage. Bugs must be reported immediately on the forum or to
support.
- Promote illegal activities or distribute malicious links within the game chat or forums.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services (including but not limited to lore, code,
graphics, UI, music, and databases) are owned by Deepslash Studio / Eternis Administration. You may
not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or distribute any part of the game client or website without
explicit written permission.
6. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or terminate your account and access to the Services at any
time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you will forfeit
all in-game progress, Sesterces, Gold, and virtual items. No refunds will be provided for banned
accounts.
PART II: PRIVACY AND COOKIE POLICY
ETERNIS ADMINISTRATION ("we", "us", or "our") is dedicated to protecting the privacy
rights of our online users ("you" or "user"). This Privacy and Cookie Policy has been crafted to
inform you as to the ways we collect, store, use, and manage the information you provide during the
use of any Eternis games, forums, or applications ("Service" or “Services”).
1. General Information
- For the purposes of data protection laws, we are the data controller. If you have any concerns

- This Privacy and Cookie Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any
material changes by posting the new Policy on the Site. You are advised to consult this policy
regularly for any changes.
2. Information Collected and Used
Our primary objective in collecting your information is to provide, administer, and improve our
Services, and to enable you to easily navigate and enjoy the game.
2.1. Personal Information that You Give Us Directly
We will collect your Personal Data when you interact with our services, such as when you register and
create an Account, submit a request for technical support, or post content on the forum. We only
collect the minimum Personal Data necessary. Such Personal Data includes without limitation:
- Your username, email address, and an encrypted password;
- Information you provide when seeking help from us, such as records of the issues you
experience.
2.2. Other Information We Collect When You Use Our Services

building upgrades);
- Resource events such as the acquisition or spending of Game currencies;
- Error events such as any errors encountered by you while using the Game.

If you sign up to play our products using Third-Party Platforms (such as Google, Facebook, or
Discord), we may receive personal information you give to those Third Parties, such as your name or
email address, so we can establish an Eternis Account for you.
3. Cookies
- A cookie is a small data file that we transfer to your computer’s hard disk for record-keeping
purposes, generally to quickly identify a user's computer and to "remember" things about the
user's visit. Information contained in a cookie may be linked to your personal information to
improve the quality of our service. You can disable cookies at any time, although you may not be
able to access all functionalities of the Service.
- Session cookies are deleted from your computer when you close your browser. In the options menu
of your browser, you can instruct it to stop accepting cookies.
4. Changing or Deleting Your Information
- Under Data Protection Laws you have certain rights including the right to: (i) request access to
and rectification of your Personal Data; (ii) ask us how your Personal Data is used; and (iii)
request the erasure of your Personal Data.

Personal Data is erased, your game account will become deactivated.
5. Information Sharing or Disclosure
We do not share personal information that directly identifies you with unaffiliated third parties
except under the following circumstances:
- For legal reasons or to comply with applicable laws;
- To enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations;
- To detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues (such as server
hosting providers who need basic data to keep the game online).
6. Security
We have put in place reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to secure your
personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access. However, we cannot guarantee
that the current security measures are 100% perfect. We strongly discourage you from sharing your
password or personal information publicly in the game or on the forum.
7. Policy Regarding Children
The Services are intended for general audiences and we do not knowingly collect any Personal Data
from children under the age of 16. If you are a parent or guardian who becomes aware that your child
has provided us with information without your consent, please contact us at [email protected] to have that information
deleted.
8. Data Deletion
If you need to delete your account and erase all your in-game data, you can contact us via our forum
support system or via email. After the account deletion process, the relevant game rights and data
will be erased. Please note that you cannot recover your account or in-game progress once
deleted.
